Would the women in your congregation enjoy a day of worship and renewal designed just for them? If so, please allow me to tell you about an exciting opportunity Pass It On Ministries can offer your church. We are a group of women dedicated to uplifting our sisters in Christ through worship, prayer, skits and life-experience testimonies. Our mission is to refine in women a fiery heart for Christ and to encourage them to pass it on to those whom Christ puts in their path.
We are eager to pass on the love that has been passed on to us through Christ Jesus, in a way that will meet people where they are in their walk with the Lord. Therefore, we strive to customize our retreat to fit your churches personality, specifically designing them to match the needs of the women in your church. We will work closely with you to assure everyone who attends will grow through the experience. As part of our ministry, we provide the sponsoring church with the following services:
* A personal "Pass It On" Ministries event-coordinator to oversee operations
* Design of promotional posters and registration forms
* Worship music, speakers, prayer ministries
* Post conference opportunities including special speakers, workshops and training
We believe that passing it on should not be cost-prohibitive for any seeker, and therefore offer our conference services for a minimal charge. Because this is an outreach ministry, there is no fee charged to any church sponsoring a conference. However, we do recommend the hosting church charge a small registration fee as a means of inviting a commitment from the women of the church to participate. Additionally, because "Pass It On" is an outreach ministry, we would like to take a love offering so we can continue to pass it on!
If you would like to learn more about "Pass It On" Ministries, or are interested in booking a conference at your church, please contact our Promotional Leader, Laura Cantor at 513-235-9567. I hope our ministry can be of service to you and I look forward to serving your church.
Your partner in the great adventure,
Deb Lanier-Founder/President
After seeing the movie, "Pay it Forward," the Lord woke me up one Saturday morning in February 2003 around 4:00a.m. God laid it on my heart to re-visit an area of passion in my life...a "womens retreat on wheels." I remember sitting up and grabbing my notebook and pencil, which I kept beside my bed - I couldnt write the vision down fast enough.
The ministry was to be called, "Pass It On." The Lord told me whom to contact to help get it started: Erin Campbell, Sharon McEntee and Pam Stricker. He told me we were to be an outreach ministry, serving women in the churches as the Holy Spirit "rekindled" hearts. We were to provide the speakers, the prayer team, the worship team, and the registration flyers for the retreats. The host church would be responsible for providing the food and promoting the retreat. We would nickname ourselves POM as we would be cheerleaders, encouraging women to "keep on keepin on" with their walk of faith.
I was given three guidelines for the ministry to follow...keep it fun, keep it simple and keep it reproducible. I was also to include the words to the old campfire song, "Pass It On," because it did only take a spark to get a fire going. I recognized a ripple effect within my own life when that spark ignited; I had such a desire to pass on the love of Jesus to others. After allsomeone loved me enough to pass it on.
Over the years, some of the faces have changed as the ministry has grown, but the guidelines from the Lord have remained the same. We continue to focus on passing on the love of Jesus in a fun, simple, and reproducible way, encouraging women to follow the Great Commission:
"Therefore, go and make them disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:19

Life is a buddy system
By Gail Chastang
I can do everything through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13 NIV)
Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.
(Matthew 22:37-39, NIV)
Some of us have a hard time admitting that we cant go it alone. Its difficult to admit to our innermost selves that we arent perfect. We dont know it all and cant do everything. Its easier to suffer in our misery than it is to ask another human being for help, or to admit our weaknesses. And those of us who havent forgiven ourselves for past regressions are afraid to even ask God for help. We feel so unworthy.
God is our father, brother and friend, and has known, loved and nurtured us since before we were born. He knew that some of us would have life paths that included many struggles and hoped we would learn from them. Hes always been with us, no matter which way our feet and our thinking have taken us. If we strayed and shut him out of our lives, he was still there patiently waiting for his beloved child, sister and friend to return to him.
God is my savior, my higher power, my strength. He lives in my heart and his love feeds my soul. He is my all and my everything, and without him I have nothing. Hes large and in charge!
He created us to have relationships with others, so we must go beyond casual acquaintances with others and let them in so they can know and love us. But before we can get to that level, we need to work on our relationships with God and with ourselves.
God wants us to love ourselves, even if we feel unlovable. We must learn to do that before we can transfer that love to others. He wants us to not only love others, but to help and learn from them. He comforts us and teaches us to comfort others. He wants us to share our time and talents with them and for them to do likewise with us.
We must trust in the Lord, put all our faith in him, and ask him to direct our walk and thoughts. If we remain God-focused instead of self-focused, we will then be able to turn that focus towards loving and sharing with others. Our eyes will be opened to the beautiful world around us and our brothers and sisters in it. We will take the hand of another and the love of God as we have come to know it will flow from our fingertips into theirs.

Seasons
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
I'm celebrating a milestone birthday this month, so that has me reflecting on the seasons that Ive experienced in my six decades. It also brought to mind one of my favorite Bible passages from Ecclesiastes, one that I became familiar with as a young child. It was also one that my mother liked for me to read over and over to her as Alzheimers ravaged her mind and body. That was my mothers final season, her time to die. Even with her diminished mental capacity, she knew that.
I remember the season of my preschool years. It was a time of family comfort and bonding, a time of learning and exploring. If I fell, someone was always there to catch me, to make things feel all right, to kiss the boo-boos. It was my time to laugh.
Next came my elementary school season, learning and exploring a new phase of development, stepping outside that family comfort zone, meeting new people, making friends, and developing a new level of trust. I was out in the world on my own for the very first time. How frightening it was. It was also the season that took my father from me, death by suicide. I felt so lost and alone. It was my time to mourn and also to heal.
The teenage years broadened my world even more. High school, more new friends, learning to drive, and entering the work force. Too many decisions for a young mind to make. Some of them were wise, and some foolish ones that set me on a long, painful path. It was often my time to weep.
In my twenties, I left the comfort of my mothers home and learned what it was like to live on my own. It was fearful at times. I became a wife and mother. It wasnt all about me anymore, so it became first my time to uproot, then my time to plant.
My thirties and forties were devoted mostly to raising my three daughters. It was my time to build, to nurture and love my children, and to build for them a Christian foundation so they too could grow and learn.
The season of my fifties showed me an abundance of changes. My daughters were adults and it was their time to uproot from me. Grandchildren were added to the mix. I saw my career of over three decades end when I was given the opportunity to retire. More fear. It was my time to pray.
The Lord has brought me through all these seasons. Through six decades, he has pointed my feet in the right direction and whispered words of love and encouragement in my ears. He has told me to fear not and to trust him.
I dont know how many seasons I have left before I go home to my maker. None of us knows that. But I do know that if I continue to love him and trust in him with my whole heart, I have nothing to fear. It has become my time to dance.
A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live. That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil—this is the gift of God. (Ecclesiastes 3:2-8, 12-13)
O Lord, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. When I awake, I am still with you. (Psalm 139: 1-2, 17-18)

POM March 2008 was very GOOD! The Lord spoke to me very clearly encouraging me in my calling. Two precious ladies prayed for me that day and encouraged me to seek more of God's healing. Both of these women have become major influences in my life; beautiful examples of Christ love, surrender, sacrifice and service, and amazing friends. And I have been delivered from many strongholds and received much healing from God.
Angie D.
My spiritual life changed 7 years ago when I attended the first POM retreat in Batesville with members of our small group from Vineyard Community Church, there to support our friend, Deb Lanier. I volunteered that day to participate in POM and seven years later I am in charge of email for the Prayer Warriors; what wonderful experiences and people I have enjoyed since 2003. --Rita P.
I have heard that attempting to have church without the Holy Spirit is like expecting to get a charge from drinking decaf coffee. That is what life was like for me prior to joining the Pass It On Ministry team in 2005. I had received the baptism in the Spirit but was missing the power that comes when hearts are joined for one purpose. You have challenged my beliefs, changed my heart, and charged me with new Life in the Spirit.

POM Mission Verse
Romans 1:10-12(NLT)
One of the things I always pray for is the opportunity, God willing, to come at last to see you. For I long to visit you so I can bring you some spiritual gift that will help you grow strong in the Lord. When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours.
